News and commentary on the autism epidemic and my beautiful boy who is living with autism.
I read it, and it was awesome. I think it would be an excellent thing for the world if a child of a President had autism - or any major disability. Not for the child and the family involved - but for the rest of the world to open their eyes.
Thanks, Ginger. I will say it wouldn't have been the same with Sarah Palin's son, Trig. We have a boy with Down Syndrome in one of our classes - he's just so joyous and talkative and kind and well, easy. The kids with autism are another story. BTW, I hope little Trig is healthy and growing up well.
